Monolith & Water Villa

The Story

A board-formed concrete villa arranged around a still reflecting pool, where every room borrows its sky from the water.

The villa is a study in restraint: three concrete volumes slide past one another over a mirror-still pool. Interiors are lined in warm plaster and pale oak, drawing the landscape inward. Openings are placed not for views but for weather — rain streaks, monsoon glare, winter low-sun — making the seasons the only ornament.
